我的感觉是，这事儿其实说不上谁对谁错，就是一段历史错位摆到台面上来了。消费者嘛，说到底认的还是那碗面好不好吃，招牌改不改对我来说真没那么重要。但名字能跟自己的产地对应上，对经营者来说肯定更有底气、也更有归属感。更何况“兰州拉面”这商标本身也注册不下来，早晚都得有个说法。
以后出门旅游，点面的时候可能要改口了。不过对我来说，找到一家汤头好、 这事儿挺有意思的，兰州拉面本来就是青海人做起来的，现在改回青海拉面也算“认祖归宗”吧。不过说实话，招牌叫啥其实没那么重要，关键还是味道好不好吃，你说是不？ 看到这个新闻还挺感慨的。之前在青海旅行的时候吃过当地的牛肉面，确实和外面常见的“兰州拉面”味道不太一样，更浓郁一些。其实牌子叫什么倒不是最要紧的，关键还是味道和品质能立得住。现在搞“三店合一”升级门头，商家自愿参加也不收费，挺好的，至少能慢慢把自家特色打出来。以后出门看到“青海拉面”招牌，就知道可以试试正宗的化隆味道啦。
